Our treatments are designed for babies from 14 days old up to children of 16 years. Each age group has its own tailored protocol (water temperature, duration, massage positions).

For most treatments, nothing essential: we provide bathrobes, towels, organic oils and all the necessary equipment. For a jacuzzi moment, bring a swimsuit, a towel and a swim nappy for children who are not yet potty-trained; the details are listed on each treatment page. Please arrive with your child fed and changed so they can fully enjoy the moment.

Plan for an average of 30 to 60 minutes depending on the treatment you choose. The duration shown in the booking summary is the treatment itself; we welcome you about 5 minutes beforehand to help you settle in.

It depends on the treatment and the age. For the youngest ones (baby hydrotherapy), you of course stay with your child. For older children and during birthday parties, we often recommend letting them enjoy the moment: children usually relax better and keep a fonder memory of it. We discuss this together and adapt to each child.

Directly online in just a few clicks. Choose the number of people, the treatment, the date and time, then enter your details. A deposit, the amount of which is shown at the payment step, is required to confirm the booking.

Online via Mollie (Bancontact, bank card, etc.). On site, we also accept cash and bank card. The balance of the treatment is paid on the day of the appointment.

The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you let us know more than 48 hours in advance (or send us a medical certificate), we will move your appointment to another date without you losing the deposit. Log in to your customer area or call us on 02 880 98 33.

During booking, a "Promo code" field is available in the summary. Enter it and click "Check", and the discount is applied immediately.

Head to our configurator: choose a free amount or a specific treatment, personalise the message, and pick the delivery method (email, home printing or a gift box by post +€6.95).

All our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Yes for "free amount" vouchers. For vouchers linked to a specific treatment, the voucher is valid for that treatment specifically; if the recipient would like a different treatment, the difference will be paid or refunded on site.

No: we do not have a waiting area on site, nor a space to wait over a drink. Please arrive at the time of your appointment; we welcome you about 5 minutes before the treatment. If you plan to come with other children, please let us know when booking.

The cabin and equipment are fully disinfected between each treatment. Towels, nappies and bathrobes are single-use or washed at 60 °C. The jacuzzi water is filtered, treated and renewed in line with the applicable standards.

Yes! The cabin is fully decorated for lovely memories. On request, we can also take professional photos during the treatment; they will be sent to you by email after your visit (a free option, but please mention it at reception).

Baby hydrotherapy is designed as a continuation of the womb: water at 37 °C, dimmed lights, gentle jets. 9 out of 10 babies fall asleep quickly. Our childcare specialists support you at every step.

Absolutely. The products are 100% organic, hypoallergenic, and formulated for sensitive skin from the age of 4. The manicures only use water-based nail polish, without solvents. It is a playful moment that teaches children to take care of themselves.

Yes, it's one of our specialities! A turnkey package (spa, treatments) in a group of 4 or 6 children, roughly aged 6 to 16. A birthday is booked by phone or by email, so we can personalise everything with you.
