Massages

On a table in a private cabin, bathed in soft light and soothing music, our massages relax deeply and create a special moment — alone, as a pair or in a group.

Baby massage

A relaxing massage with slow, enveloping movements over baby's whole body, bringing relaxation and relief. Ideal to soothe restless babies, relieve colic and encourage sleep.

Also available as a pair from 120 € (for example one adult and one child, or 2 children): baby enjoys a full body massage and the accompanying person a back massage (or another area on request). As a trio depending on the season, or for 4 depending on the season.

Children's massage

A massage performed only on the back of the body (never the front), in order to preserve the child's privacy. Adapted to the age and desired pressure level, it is the ideal treatment after a busy school day.

A must for everyone

Massage, wholly beneficial for children

Because they are as beneficial for adults as for children, we offer massages from 14 days up to 16 years. Settled on a professional massage table, surrounded by soft, dimmed light, children enjoy a pure moment of relaxation where they are pampered and cared for to their heart's content. Solo or as a pair, it's pure happiness!

What kind of massage?

In a relaxing setting, massages are performed only on the back of the body (never the front), to preserve the child's privacy, and always with their consent. For babies, the massage covers the whole body; as a pair, the accompanying person enjoys a back massage.

What are the benefits?

Touch stimulates the body and eases tension. Children too are subject to stress: massage brings them comfort and relief. Accompanied by soft music, these massages are a children's favourite!

What to bring: nothing essential. For more modest people, a bra or swimsuit is allowed, provided it can be unfastened from the back.
Hydrotherapy at Oh Baby Spa

Hydrotherapy

Relaxing in water at 37° is nothing like an ordinary bath. For a baby, it is a soothing return to the enveloping feeling of the womb. For older children, it is a suspended moment where the bubbles and dimmed light melt away tension.

Much more than a bath

The benefits of hydrotherapy

Immersing in water at 37° is a genuine therapy that holds many benefits, recognised by paediatricians.

Stimulate

The aquatic environment continuously engages motor skills and coordination. The child multiplies movements and experiments, expresses and shares emotions: a real driver for their motor and emotional development.

Awaken the senses

A unique sensory discovery: the contact of water, the experience of floating, the play of bubbles and light effects. For parents, well-placed windows let you admire your child from every angle.

Relieve

For the little ones, the upright position has a beneficial effect on reflux and regurgitation. Also recommended for colic, tummy aches, teething and minor behavioural issues.

Relax

A real moment of relaxation for both the child and the accompanying person, which encourages sleep. In cases of sleep disorders, water treatment, combined with a good lifestyle, brings very positive results.

How does a session work?

As a parent or relative, you attend the session and stay by your child's side, in a private space. Depending on their age, a floating ring allows them to move freely in the water, which stimulates their muscles and strengthens their posture. Sessions are possible from 14 days old.

The baths are cleaned between each session and disinfected with ozone, a technique that is both effective and eco-friendly. Oh Baby Spa also offers the “Baby Spa Duo”: two babies share this exceptional moment, each in their own jacuzzi.

What to plan for: for baby hydrotherapy, nothing to bring (suitable swimsuits, towels and hydration products on site), just a small snack and what you need to get baby ready again after the session. If it takes place at the end of the day, you can already dress them for the night. Avoid several baths on the same day so as not to weaken their skin. It is preferable that baby has already eaten before the session: well fed, they enjoy it fully and any time loss is avoided. For a jacuzzi moment: swimsuit and towel, and a swim nappy for children who are not yet toilet-trained.

The Complete Package, however, is offered only solo or as a pair (from 310 €). The trio format is open depending on the season (see the calendar). And the + jacuzzi moment at €50 option remains available. As for massages, the pair, trio or 4 format accepts all combinations of children and adults (for example 2 children, or one adult and one child).

From what age can you welcome my baby?
Baby massage and hydrotherapy are accessible from 14 days after birth, once the umbilical cord has healed. The Beauty and Wellbeing Packages start at 4 or 6 years depending on the treatments included, and the Beautiful Skin Package is designed for 10 – 16 year-olds.
What is the difference between the four Packages?
Beauty Package (75 €), to discover, from 4 years, combines a back massage, nail polish and a face mask. Beautiful Skin Package (75 €), a skin focus for 10 – 16 year-olds with exfoliation. Wellbeing Package (90 €), our signature: a full massage and 90-minute facial. Complete Package (130 €), the Wellbeing + beautifying of hands and feet, i.e. 2 h 30 of spa.
Is a drink included?
Yes: a drink is included with every treatment, for young and old.
Does the massage cover the whole body?
For children, the massage is done only on the back of the body (never the front), in order to preserve their privacy. Only baby massage covers the whole body.
Can a jacuzzi moment be added to another treatment?
Yes! Most of our treatments can be completed with a jacuzzi moment as an extra at €50. You can also opt directly for the “with jacuzzi” formulas already combined (Wellbeing Package as a pair + jacuzzi at 230 €, for example).
How do I book a birthday or a party?
Birthday moments (for 4 or 6) and wellbeing parties are booked by telephone only at 02 880 98 33 or by email. This allows us to personalise the date, the options (jacuzzi, invitations) and the type of workshop offered.
Is there anything to bring?
It depends on the treatment chosen:

Baby hydrotherapy: you have nothing to bring for the bath (suitable swimsuits, towels and hydration products on site). Simply plan a small snack and what you need to get baby ready again after the session; at the end of the day, you can already dress them for the night.

Jacuzzi: swimsuit and towel. For children who are not yet toilet-trained, plan a swim nappy.

Massage: for more modest people, a bra or swimsuit is allowed, provided it can be unfastened from the back.

Birthday: swimsuit, towel, underwear (if the swimsuit is put on before arriving at the centre), a plastic bag for the wet swimsuit and a short-sleeved t-shirt. We also recommend casual clothing (or pyjamas) to be comfortable and fully enjoy the jacuzzi moment or the party.

Feel free to ask us for the precise list when booking, depending on the treatment chosen.
Is it possible to give a treatment as a gift?
Yes, it is even one of the most frequent occasions: a gift card for any treatment or package, solo, as a pair or in a group. Perfect for a birth, a birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas. See the Gift card page.
Can parents accompany during the treatment?
If you have booked a treatment as a pair (parent + child), yes, you experience the treatment together. Hydrotherapy is the only treatment dedicated solely to the baby, but where the presence of a trusted person is required by their side.

However, for a treatment that concerns the child only, the ideal is not to stay during the session: this allows the child to fully enjoy their moment, in calm, without calling on the parents, and, for some, with the desire to talk freely.

For birthdays, we also advise parents not to stay on site, so that the child can enjoy the experience with their friends: without parental supervision, communication between children is much better.
And if my baby cries during the treatment?
It is rare, the water at 37° and the dimmed atmosphere have their soothing effect. But if baby is inconsolable, we stop immediately, hand them to you for a cuddle, and we resume at their pace. Our goal is for them to have a pleasant moment, not to “finish” the treatment at all costs.
And if my child does not want to do the treatment?
It happens, and we understand it. Forcing a child is not our role, but we always do our best by communicating with them to reassure them, even if it means adapting or changing the treatment so they still enjoy a good moment. And of course, the price remains unchanged: this adjustment never depends on your will.
